SALES ASSOCIATE - Adidas Vila do Conde Porto Fashion Outlet (Part-time)

As stylists, advisors, and brand ambassadors, Sales Associates help customers find the perfect product and create an unforgettable shopping experience.

Key Accountabilities

• Assist customers in selecting adidas merchandise and provide information about products, materials, technology, and functionality.
• Uphold adidas customer service standards by listening to customer wants and needs and providing product information.
• Complete customer sales transactions using cash, credit, debit, and other payment methods.
• Maintain store appearance, process and replenish merchandise, and assist with customer service inquiries.
• Maintain proficient knowledge of adidas products and programs, including technology, product information, merchandise promotions, and advertising.
• Support and create a team environment by respecting coworkers.
• Adhere to adidas brand values, Sales Associate competencies, company policies, and inventory control procedures.
• Perform other duties as required by store management.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Preferably at least 1–2 months of experience in a sports or fashion customer-focused and commercially focused retail environment.
• Passion for sport.
