• Knowledge of store KPIs and tools used to interpret them and drive sales.
• Effective customer service and sales skills.

Your activities

• Act as a brand ambassador by connecting, engaging, and inspiring customers in alignment with adidas values.
• Work collaboratively and drive sales by supporting merchandise management, deliveries, and replenishment to achieve store goals.
• Take ownership of your learning by completing applicable training and applying it effectively on the shop floor.
