Role overview
As a member of the Identity and Access Management (IAM) team, the SailPoint Developer will provide technical expertise across SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) modules, including Provisioning, Access Certification, Role Management, and Policy Enforcement within the enterprise environment.
The role involves developing SailPoint connectors, workflows, rules, forms, and custom integrations while following established standards, procedures, and methodologies.
The developer will assist in building and maintaining the SailPoint IAM infrastructure, including installing, upgrading, patching, deploying, configuring, developing BeanShell and Java rules, building REST API integrations, testing, and documenting solutions within a complex SailPoint enterprise environment.
Position requirements
- 10+ years of experience.
- Knowledge of Linux/Unix operating systems.
- At least 3 years of direct experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ.
- Experience with Oracle, SQL Server, or other relational databases.
- Ability to make technical decisions regarding assigned tasks.
- Experience troubleshooting, identifying potential problems, and implementing appropriate changes.
- Experience creating technical documentation.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Coding experience with technologies such as Perl, XML, or JavaScript.
- Application maintenance and development experience.
