Running Specialist Sales Associate - V&A Waterfront

Assist management in day-to-day store maintenance while providing excellent service and observing and maintaining all store policies and procedures.

Essential duties and responsibilities

• Ensure the highest level of adidas service is given to each customer.
• Complete regular sales transactions involving cash, credit, checks, and other payment methods as needed.
• Assist with product ticketing and check paperwork against items received.
• Assist with product flow from the stockroom to the sales floor on a fill-in basis.
• Ensure company assets and stock are secured to help prevent shrinkage.
• Assist in developing merchandise displays or follow suggestions and schedules provided by store management.
• Attain proficiency with the point-of-sale system and maintain integrity through attention to policy and procedure.
• Use selling techniques, including add-on sales and describing technical information, to enhance salesmanship and achieve store and position sales goals.
• Greet customers and assist them in finding the right product.
• Serve primarily as a greeter at the front door during busy workdays when required.
• Maintain general housekeeping standards.
• Safekeep company assets.

Required education and experience
