Retail Team Lead

As a Lead, you will deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a premium brand experience. You will coordinate, guide, and motivate employees in your area of responsibility while creating a great working environment.

You will support daily operations in your area to achieve sales goals, including digital services, visual merchandising, the sales floor, and promotional campaigns. You will identify and solve problems with store leadership, act as a brand ambassador for NIKE initiatives, and ensure the store meets all NIKE standards and guidelines.

Areas of expertise

1. Commercial: Support the team in efficiently receiving products, maintaining inventory accuracy, meeting product presentation standards, and launching monthly initiatives on time.
2. Athlete Experience: Ensure the team is prepared to provide the highest-quality customer experience.
3. Consumer Experience: Lead by example and provide sales-floor service that optimally supports the customer journey.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service and/or retail experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, presentability, and teamwork.
• Demonstrated ability to apply product selling techniques.
• Flexible availability and working hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, according to department and store or company needs.
