Requirements
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
- Competencies appropriate to the position.
- Proficiency with personal computers, POS systems, and software packages including Microsoft Office.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including leading discussions in diverse groups.
- Ability to work independently, use discretion, and perform effectively under pressure.
- Inspirational attitude and ability to contribute to a positive team environment.
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships and uphold high performance standards.
- Ability to speak, read, comprehend, and write English.
- Reliable and consistent attendance and punctuality.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum 12 months of retail experience.
- Advanced selling experience and comprehensive product, retail, and industry understanding.
Physical requirements
- Occasional exposure to outside weather conditions; the work environment is usually moderately noisy.
- Regularly talk or hear; frequently stand, walk, use hands, reach, and operate a Brannock device.
- Occasionally sit, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and perform related physical activities.
- Frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds.
- Vision abilities include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, as well as adjusting focus.
