Hours: Full Time – 34–40 hours per week, including nights and weekends

Role

As a Nike Retail Supervisor, referred to as a Specialist, you will be the face of NIKE in a high-volume, fast-paced store. You will guide customers, support your team, and deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old in the United States
• One year of retail or consumer service experience preferred
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays based on store needs
• Authentic customer service skills
• Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies
• Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations

• Operate a cash register and perform shipping, receiving, stocking, cleaning and visual display duties
