Location and Hours
- Location: Nike Toronto Premium Outlet Store
- Starting pay: $21.00+/hour, plus RSP match, benefits, and 3 weeks PTO/vacation
- Hours: 40 hours per week, including nights and weekends
About the Role
As a Nike Retail Supervisor, referred to as a Specialist, you are the face of NIKE. You will work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, guide customers in making the best decisions for them, and work with your team to deliver excellent customer service.

Qualifications
- 1 year of retail or consumer service experience preferred
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on store needs
- Authentic customer service skills
- Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies
- Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations
