Retail Supervisor

Address: Pottstown, PA
Hours: Full Time – 34-40 hours per week, including nights and weekends
As a Nike Retail Supervisor, you’re referred to as a Specialist. You’ll be the face of NIKE, working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment to guide customers and support your team in delivering exceptional service.

Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old in the United States
- One year of retail or consumer service experience
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays based on store needs
- Ability to use customer service authentically and help customers feel seen and understood
- Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies
- Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations
