Lace Up as a Nike Retail Supervisor
As a Nike Retail Supervisor, you are the face of NIKE. Enjoy high-volume and a fast pace as your diverse experience and perspective help guide customers in making the best decisions for them. You will work with your team to focus on customer service and achieve goals together.

Requirements
- Must be at least 18
- One year of retail or consumer service experience
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays based on store needs
- Ability to provide authentic customer service
- Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies
- Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations

- Bring a positive attitude and passion to teammates and customers
- Lead by example and deliver service in line with Nike’s Service Principles
- Make customers feel welcome and exceed their expectations
- Demonstrate integrity, reliability, kindness and professionalism
- Operate a cash register and perform shipping, receiving, stocking, cleaning and visual-display duties
- Attend store events and support teammates
