Retail Supervisor
Location & Store Type: Nike Factory Store Lancaster
Address: Lancaster, PA
Hours: Full-time, 34–40 hours per week, including nights and weekends
As a Nike Retail Supervisor, you’re the face of NIKE. You’ll work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, guiding customers in making the best decisions for them while working with your team to deliver excellent customer service.

Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old in the United States
- One year of retail or consumer service experience
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays based on store needs
- Ability to provide authentic customer service
- Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies
- Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations

- Operate a cash register and perform shipping, receiving, stocking, cleaning and visual display duties
- Attend store events and support teammates
