Retail Supervisor
Location & Store Type: Nike Rise KOP
Address: King of Prussia, PA
Hours: Full Time – 38-40 hours per week, including nights and weekends
When you join our team as a Retail Supervisor, you are referred to as a Specialist. As a Nike Retail Supervisor, you’re the face of NIKE. You’ll work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment where your experience and perspective help guide customers in making the best decisions for them.

Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old in the U.S.
- One year of retail or consumer service experience preferred
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on store needs
- Authentic customer service skills
- Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies
- Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations
Responsibilities
- Be enthusiastic, excited, and knowledgeable about NIKE products and services
- Bring a positive attitude and passion to teammates and customers
- Lead by example and deliver service in line with Nike’s Service Principles
- Make customers feel welcome and exceed their expectations throughout their journey
- Demonstrate integrity, reliability, professionalism, and kindness
- Operate a cash register and perform shipping, receiving, stocking, cleaning, and visual display duties
- Attend store events and support teammates
