Address: Fairfax, VA

Hours: Full time, 38–40 hours per week, including nights and weekends.

As a Nike Retail Supervisor, you are the face of NIKE, guiding customers, supporting your team, and delivering exceptional service in a high-volume, fast-paced store environment.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old in the U.S.
• One year of retail or consumer service experience preferred
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies
• Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations

Responsibilities

• Support customer needs with enthusiasm and knowledge of NIKE products and services
• Lead by example and deliver service aligned with Nike’s Service Principles
• Make customers feel welcome and exceed their expectations
• Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, reliability, and kindness
• Operate a cash register and handle shipping, receiving, stocking, cleaning, and visual displays
• Attend store events and support teammates
