Retail Supervisor

As a Nike Retail Supervisor, referred to as a Specialist, you are the face of NIKE. You will work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, guide customers in making the best decisions for them, and collaborate with your team to deliver excellent customer service.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18
  • One year of retail or consumer service experience preferred
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays based on store needs
  • Authentic customer service skills
  • Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies
  • Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations
