About the role

Requirements
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
- Skilled in operating personal computers, POS systems, and software packages including Microsoft Office.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to lead discussions in diverse groups.
- Ability to operate independently, use discretion, and work effectively under pressure.
- Inspirational attitude that contributes to a positive team environment.
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships and uphold high performance standards.
- Well-developed ability to speak, read, comprehend, and write English.
- Reliable and consistent attendance and punctuality.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum 12 months of experience working in a retail environment.
- Advanced selling experience and comprehensive product, retail, and industry understanding.
Physical requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, use hands, reach, and occasionally sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and operate a Brannock device.
- Frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, as well as the ability to adjust focus.
- Employees may occasionally be exposed to outside weather conditions. The noise level is usually moderate.

The anticipated base pay range is $24.50–$31.85. Actual salary will depend on factors including experience, qualifications, skills, competencies, and role proficiency.
