Requirements
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to operate personal computers, POS systems, and software packages including Microsoft Office.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.

- Ability to work independently, exercise discretion, and perform effectively under pressure.

- Well-developed ability to speak, read, comprehend, and write English.
- Reliable and consistent attendance and punctuality.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum 12 months of retail experience.
- Advanced selling experience and comprehensive product, retail, and industry understanding.
Physical requirements
The role requires frequent standing, walking, hand use, reaching, talking, and hearing. Employees may occasionally sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and operate a Brannock device. The employee must frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision and the ability to adjust focus.

The anticipated base pay range is $24.50–$31.85.
