Role overview
We are looking for a Retail Supervisor who can guide store associates, exceed customer expectations, and create an emotional connection with every customer as a passionate and enthusiastic adidas Brand ambassador.
- Use retail experience to exceed customer expectations and help guide store associates.
- Build relationships and work collaboratively with the team.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and maintain high standards of performance.
Requirements
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
- Skill in operating personal computers, POS systems, and software packages including Microsoft Office.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to lead discussions in diverse groups.
- Ability to work independently, use discretion, and work effectively under pressure.
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with team members.
- Well-developed ability to speak, read, comprehend, and write English.
- Reliable and consistent attendance and punctuality.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum 12 months of experience working in a retail environment.
- Advanced selling experience and comprehensive product, retail, and industry understanding.
Physical and work environment requirements
- Occasional exposure to outside weather conditions; the noise level is usually moderate.
- Regularly talk or hear; frequently stand, walk, use hands, and reach with hands and arms.
- Occasionally sit, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and operate a Brannock device.
- Frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision and the ability to adjust focus.

The anticipated base pay range is $23.62-$31.96. Actual salary depends on factors including experience, qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role.
