What you will do
- Use retail experience to exceed customer expectations and guide store associates.
- Create an emotional connection with every customer as a passionate adidas Brand ambassador.
- Build relationships and work collaboratively with the team.
- Lead discussions in diverse groups and maintain high standards of performance.
Requirements
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
- Experience operating personal computers, POS systems, and software including Microsoft Office.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, use discretion, and perform effectively under pressure.
- Reliable and consistent attendance and punctuality.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum 12 months of experience in a retail environment.
- Advanced selling experience and comprehensive product, retail, and industry knowledge.
Physical requirements
The role requires frequent standing, walking, reaching, and use of hands. Employees must frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds. The position may involve exposure to outdoor weather conditions and requires various visual abilities.
