About the role
We are looking for a Retail Lead who uses retail experience to exceed customer expectations, guide store associates, create emotional connections with customers, and serve as a passionate adidas Brand ambassador.
What we're looking for

- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or GED.
- At least 12 months of retail experience.
- Advanced selling experience and comprehensive product, retail, and industry understanding.
Physical requirements
The role requires frequent standing, walking, reaching, and using hands, as well as occasional climbing, balancing, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and operating a Brannock device. The employee must frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
