About the role
- Use retail experience to exceed customer expectations and help guide store associates.
- Create an emotional connection with every customer as a passionate and enthusiastic adidas Brand ambassador.
- Build relationships and collaborate effectively with the team.
- Work independently and under pressure while maintaining high standards of performance.
- Availability must be flexible and include evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum 12 months of experience working in a retail environment.
- Advanced selling experience and comprehensive product, retail, and industry understanding.
- Skilled in operating personal computers, POS systems, and software packages including Microsoft Office.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable and consistent attendance and punctuality.
Physical requirements
The role involves regularly standing, walking, using hands, reaching, talking, and hearing. Employees must frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds.
