About the role
adidas is looking for Retail Leads who are creators, confident leaders, and collaborators. Use your retail experience to exceed customer expectations, guide store associates, and create an emotional connection with every customer as a passionate and enthusiastic adidas Brand ambassador.
Requirements
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
- At least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 12 months of experience working in a retail environment
- Advanced selling experience and comprehensive product, retail, and industry understanding
- Experience operating personal computers, POS systems, and software packages including Microsoft Office
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to lead discussions in diverse groups
- Ability to work independently, exercise discretion, and perform effectively under pressure
- Inspirational attitude that contributes to a positive team environment
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships and high performance standards
- Ability to speak, read, comprehend, and write English
- Reliable and consistent attendance and punctuality
Physical and work environment requirements
The role involves standing, walking, using hands, reaching, talking, and hearing. Employees may occasionally sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and operate a Brannock device. The employee must frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds. The work environment may include outside weather conditions and moderate noise.
