About the role
- Use retail experience to exceed customer expectations and guide store associates.
- Create an emotional connection with every customer as a passionate and enthusiastic adidas Brand ambassador.
- Build relationships and collaborate effectively with the store team.
- Work flexible evenings and weekends as required.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum 12 months of experience working in a retail environment.
- Advanced selling experience and comprehensive product, retail, and industry understanding.
- Experience operating personal computers, POS systems, and software packages including Microsoft Office.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to lead discussions in diverse groups.
- Ability to work independently, exercise discretion, and perform effectively under pressure.
- Reliable and consistent attendance and punctuality.
- Well-developed English speaking, reading, comprehension, and writing skills.
Physical and work environment requirements
The role requires frequent standing, walking, use of hands, reaching, talking, and hearing. Employees may occasionally sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and operate a Brannock device. The employee must frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds. The employee may be exposed to outside weather conditions, and the noise level is usually moderate.
