Role overview
The Retail Lead serves as an adidas Brand ambassador, helps guide store associates, exceeds customer expectations, and builds strong relationships with customers and team members.
Responsibilities and qualifications
- Use retail experience to exceed customer expectations and help guide store associates.
- Create an emotional connection with every customer through passionate and enthusiastic brand representation.
- Lead discussions with diverse groups and build effective working relationships.
- Operate personal computers, POS systems, and software including Microsoft Office.
- Work independently, adapt quickly, and perform effectively under pressure.
- Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality, with flexible availability including evenings and weekends.
- Be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or GED.
- Have a minimum of 12 months of retail experience.
- Have advanced selling experience and comprehensive product, retail, and industry understanding.
- Frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds.

The anticipated base pay range is $20.94–$28.32 per hour. Actual salary depends on experience, qualifications, skills, competencies, and role proficiency.
