Requirements
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
- Experience operating personal computers, POS systems, and software packages including Microsoft Office.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to lead discussions in diverse groups.
- Ability to work independently, exercise discretion, and work effectively under pressure.
- Inspirational attitude and ability to contribute to a positive team environment.
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships and high performance standards.
- Fluent ability to speak, read, comprehend, and write English.
- Reliable and consistent attendance and punctuality.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum 12 months of retail experience.
- Advanced selling experience and comprehensive product, retail, and industry understanding.
Physical requirements
The role requires regularly standing, walking, using hands, reaching, talking, and hearing. Employees must frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds. The position may involve exposure to outdoor weather conditions and occasional climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and operating a Brannock device.
