Role responsibilities and expectations
- Use retail experience to exceed customer expectations and guide store associates.
- Create an emotional connection with every customer as a passionate adidas Brand ambassador.
- Build relationships and collaborate effectively with the team.
- Operate personal computers, POS systems, and software including Microsoft Office.
- Lead discussions with diverse groups and work independently under pressure.
- Maintain reliable attendance, punctuality, and high performance standards.
- Be available for evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- High school diploma or GED.
- At least 12 months of experience in a retail environment.
- Advanced selling experience and comprehensive product, retail, and industry understanding.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and English language skills.
Physical requirements
The role requires frequent standing, walking, handling objects, reaching, talking, and hearing. Employees must frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds.
