Join the NIKE Team as a Lead (Supervisor)

As a Nike Lead, you’re the face of NIKE. Enjoy high volume and a fast pace while guiding customers, supporting your team and delivering excellent customer service. You will train your team, implement NIKE Service Principles and represent the brand, community and culture of sport.

You’ll lead, drive and inspire your team to deliver the best customer experience while ensuring team members feel included and supported. You’ll use your retail expertise to drive store growth strategies and build community partnerships.

What You Bring

• Substantial stockroom experience in a retail or hospitality environment
• Demonstrable leadership experience
• Experience recruiting, building and leading high-performing teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail business systems
• Ability to use tools for conflict resolution, employee coaching and counseling
• Ability to work mornings, weekends, nights and holidays as needed

What You’re Responsible For

• Lead a team that keeps store functions running seamlessly
• Attract, assess and onboard future teammates
• Equip store employees with the tools needed for their daily responsibilities
• Lead store teams and business results, including budgeting, spatial planning, product refill rates, stockroom excellence, displays and people leadership
• Manage the product life cycle from stockroom to visual merchandising and the sales floor
