About the role
At adidas, we are looking for Leads who want to create what will be and share our desire to make a difference. The Retail Lead will help guide store associates, exceed customer expectations, build relationships with the team, and serve as a passionate adidas Brand ambassador.
Requirements
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
- Retail experience with advanced selling experience and comprehensive product, retail, and industry understanding.
- At least 12 months of experience working in a retail environment.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Skilled in operating personal computers, POS systems, and software including Microsoft Office.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently, use discretion, and work effectively under pressure.
- Reliable and consistent attendance and punctuality.
Physical requirements
The role requires frequent standing, walking, use of hands, and reaching. Employees must frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds. The employee may occasionally operate a Brannock device and work in outside weather conditions.

Compensation
The anticipated base pay range is $18.70/hr–$25.30/hr. Actual salary depends on experience, qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role.
