About the role
At adidas, we are looking for Retail Leads who challenge the status quo, create meaningful customer connections, and help guide store associates as passionate adidas Brand ambassadors.
Responsibilities and qualifications
- Use retail experience to exceed customer expectations and guide store associates.
- Create an emotional connection with every customer through passionate and enthusiastic brand representation.
- Build relationships and collaborate effectively with the team.
- Maintain flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
- Operate personal computers, POS systems, and software packages including Microsoft Office.
- Lead discussions with diverse groups and communicate effectively.
- Work independently, use discretion, and perform effectively under pressure.
- Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Lift up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
- Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or GED.
- Must have at least 12 months of retail experience, advanced selling experience, and comprehensive product, retail, and industry knowledge.

Compensation
The anticipated base pay range is $18.70 per hour to $25.30 per hour. Actual pay depends on experience, qualifications, skills, competencies, and role proficiency.
