Retail Lead - Mall of America

Responsibilities and qualifications
- Use retail experience to exceed customer expectations and guide store associates.
- Create an emotional connection with every customer as an adidas Brand ambassador.
- Build relationships and work collaboratively with the team.
- Maintain flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
- Operate personal computers, POS systems, and software including Microsoft Office.
- Learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Lead discussions in diverse groups and communicate effectively.
- Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 12 months of retail experience required.
- Advanced selling experience and comprehensive product, retail, and industry understanding required.
Physical requirements
The role requires standing, walking, using hands, reaching, and occasionally sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and operating a Brannock device. Employees frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.

Compensation
The anticipated base pay range is $18.70 per hour to $25.30 per hour. Actual pay depends on experience, qualifications, skills, competencies, and role proficiency.
