adidas is seeking a Retail Lead for the Legacy West store in Plano, Texas. The role supports customer service, store associates, team collaboration, and adidas brand representation.

Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum 12 months of retail experience.
- Advanced selling experience and comprehensive product, retail, and industry understanding.
- Ability to speak, read, comprehend, and write English.
Physical requirements
The role requires frequent standing, walking, reaching, handling, talking, and hearing. Employees must frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds. The position may involve exposure to outside weather conditions and occasional climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and operating a Brannock device.
