What adidas is looking for

  • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
  • Retail experience with advanced selling experience and comprehensive product, retail, and industry understanding.
  • At least 12 months of experience working in a retail environment.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Ability to operate personal computers, POS systems, Microsoft Office, and other software.
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to lead discussions in diverse groups.
  • Ability to work independently, exercise discretion, and work effectively under pressure.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships and uphold high performance standards.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.

Physical and work environment requirements

The role requires regular standing, walking, talking, hearing, reaching, and handling objects. Employees may occasionally sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, or operate a Brannock device. The employee must frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds. The noise level is usually moderate, and occasional exposure to outside weather conditions may occur.
