Requirements
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
- Experience with personal computers, POS systems, Microsoft Office, and other software.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently, use discretion, and perform effectively under pressure.
- Ability to build effective working relationships and maintain high performance standards.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or GED.
- At least 12 months of retail experience.
- Advanced selling experience and comprehensive product, retail, and industry knowledge.
Physical requirements
The role requires frequent standing, walking, handling merchandise, reaching, and communication. Employees must frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds. The position may involve outdoor weather conditions, moderate noise, and use of a Brannock device.

The anticipated base pay range is $20.40–$26.52 per hour. Actual pay depends on experience, qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency.
