adidas is seeking a Retail Lead for its Great Lakes location in Auburn Hills, Michigan. The role focuses on exceeding customer expectations, guiding store associates, building customer relationships, and representing the adidas brand.
Responsibilities and qualifications
- Provide inspirational leadership and help guide store associates.
- Create an emotional connection with every customer as a passionate adidas Brand ambassador.
- Build effective relationships and collaborate with diverse teams.
- Maintain flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
- Operate personal computers, POS systems, and software including Microsoft Office.
- Lead discussions and communicate effectively with groups of varying sizes.
- Work independently, use discretion, and perform effectively under pressure.
- Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or GED.
- Have a minimum of 12 months of retail experience, advanced selling experience, and comprehensive product, retail, and industry understanding.
Physical requirements
The role requires frequent standing, walking, handling and reaching, with occasional sitting, climbing, balancing, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and operating a Brannock device. Employees must frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
