Requirements
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
- Experience operating personal computers, POS systems, and software packages including Microsoft Office.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to lead discussions in diverse groups of varying sizes.
- Ability to work independently, use discretion, and perform effectively under pressure.
- Inspirational attitude that contributes to a positive team environment.

- Proficiency in speaking, reading, comprehending, and writing English.
- Reliable and consistent attendance and punctuality.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or GED.
- At least 12 months of retail experience.
- Advanced selling experience and comprehensive product, retail, and industry knowledge.
Physical and work environment requirements
The employee may be exposed to outside weather conditions and moderate noise. The role requires frequent standing, walking, handling objects, reaching, talking, and hearing, with occasional sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and operating a Brannock device. The employee must frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities include close, distance, color, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
