Role overview
- Use retail experience to exceed customer expectations and guide store associates.
- Create an emotional connection with every customer as a passionate and enthusiastic adidas Brand ambassador.

Requirements
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
- Experience operating personal computers, POS systems, Microsoft Office, and related software.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to lead discussions with diverse groups.
- Ability to work independently, use discretion, and perform effectively under pressure.
- Reliable and consistent attendance and punctuality.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum 12 months of retail experience.
- Advanced selling experience and comprehensive product, retail, and industry understanding.
Physical and work environment requirements
The role requires regularly talking or hearing and frequently standing, walking, using hands, and reaching. The employee may occasionally sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and operate a Brannock device. The employee must frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds.
