About the role
- Use retail experience to exceed customer expectations and help guide store associates.

Requirements
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
- Experience operating personal computers, POS systems, and software including Microsoft Office.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, use discretion, and work effectively under pressure.
- Reliable and consistent attendance and punctuality.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- High school diploma or GED.
- At least 12 months of retail experience.
- Advanced selling experience and comprehensive product, retail, and industry understanding.
Physical requirements
The employee frequently stands, walks, uses hands, and reaches with hands and arms. The role requires frequently lifting or moving up to 25 pounds and occasionally lifting or moving up to 50 pounds. Employees may occasionally climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and operate a Brannock device.
