Requirements
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
- Experience operating personal computers, POS systems, and software including Microsoft Office.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to lead discussions in diverse groups.
- Ability to work independently, use discretion, and work effectively under pressure.
- Reliable and consistent attendance and punctuality.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum 12 months of retail experience.
- Advanced selling experience and comprehensive product, retail, and industry understanding.
Physical and work environment requirements
The role requires frequent standing, walking, reaching, handling objects, and lifting or moving up to 25 pounds, with occasional lifting or moving up to 50 pounds. Employees may occasionally work in outside weather conditions and must be able to perform various physical activities, including operating a Brannock device.

The anticipated base pay range is $21.09–$28.53. Actual salary depends on experience, qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role.
