Responsibilities and qualifications
- Use retail experience to exceed customer expectations and guide store associates.
- Be a passionate and enthusiastic adidas Brand ambassador.
- Build relationships and collaborate effectively with the team.
- Maintain flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
- Operate personal computers, POS systems, and software including Microsoft Office.
- Learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Lead discussions with diverse groups and communicate effectively.
- Work independently, exercise discretion, and perform effectively under pressure.
- Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or GED.
- Minimum 12 months of retail experience.
- Advanced selling experience and comprehensive product, retail, and industry understanding.
Physical requirements
The role requires frequent standing, walking, reaching, handling objects, and speaking or hearing. Employees must frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds. The position may involve exposure to outside weather conditions and occasional climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and operating a Brannock device.
