Role

We are looking for a Retail Lead to help guide store associates, exceed customer expectations, and create an emotional connection with every customer as a passionate and enthusiastic adidas Brand ambassador.

Responsibilities and qualifications

• Use retail experience to exceed customer expectations and guide store associates.
• Build relationships and collaborate effectively with the team.
• Maintain flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
• Operate personal computers, POS systems, Microsoft Office, and other software packages.
• Learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Lead discussions with diverse groups and communicate effectively.
• Work independently, exercise discretion, and perform effectively under pressure.
• Maintain effective working relationships and high performance standards.
• Be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or GED.
• Have at least 12 months of retail experience, advanced selling experience, and comprehensive product, retail, and industry understanding.

Physical requirements

The role requires standing, walking, frequent use of hands and arms, and occasional sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and operating a Brannock device. The employee must frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds.
