Responsibilities and qualifications

• Use retail experience to exceed customer expectations and guide store associates.
• Serve as a passionate and enthusiastic adidas Brand ambassador.
• Build relationships and collaborate effectively with the team.
• Maintain flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
• Operate personal computers, POS systems, and software including Microsoft Office.
• Lead discussions with diverse groups and communicate effectively.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or GED.
• Must have at least 12 months of retail experience.
• Advanced selling experience and comprehensive product, retail, and industry understanding are required.
