Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum 12 months of retail experience.
- Advanced selling experience and comprehensive product, retail, and industry understanding.
- Skilled in operating personal computers, POS systems, and software including Microsoft Office.
Physical and work environment requirements
The role involves standing, walking, using hands, reaching, talking, and hearing. Employees may occasionally sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and operate a Brannock device. The role frequently involves lifting or moving up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds. Employees may be exposed to outside weather conditions, and the noise level is usually moderate.
