About the role
At adidas, we are looking for a Retail Lead who creates an emotional connection with every customer, exceeds customer expectations, guides store associates, and acts as a passionate adidas Brand ambassador.
What we are looking for
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
- Retail experience with advanced selling experience and comprehensive product, retail, and industry understanding.
- At least 12 months of experience working in a retail environment.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to operate personal computers, POS systems, and software packages including Microsoft Office.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to lead discussions in diverse groups.
- Ability to work independently, exercise discretion, and perform effectively under pressure.
- Inspirational attitude and ability to build effective working relationships.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Must be 18 years or older and able to speak, read, comprehend, and write English.
Physical requirements
The role requires frequent standing, walking, reaching, and handling merchandise. The employee must frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds. The role may involve exposure to outside weather conditions and moderate noise.
