Role overview
We are looking for Retail Leads who use their retail experience to exceed customer expectations, guide store associates, and create an emotional connection with every customer as a passionate and enthusiastic adidas Brand ambassador.
- Build relationships and work collaboratively with the team.
- Help guide store associates and lead discussions in diverse groups.
- Exceed customer expectations through advanced selling and comprehensive product, retail, and industry knowledge.
- Contribute to a positive and inspirational team environment.
Requirements
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
- At least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum 12 months of experience working in a retail environment.
- Advanced selling experience and comprehensive product, retail, and industry understanding.
- Proficiency with personal computers, POS systems, Microsoft Office, and various software packages.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, use discretion, and perform effectively under pressure.
- Reliable and consistent attendance and punctuality.
Physical and work requirements
The role requires frequent standing, walking, handling objects, reaching, talking, and hearing. Employees may occasionally sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and operate a Brannock device. The employee must frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds.
