We are seeking a Retail Lead to use retail experience to exceed customer expectations, guide store associates, create emotional connections with customers, and serve as a passionate adidas Brand ambassador.

Requirements
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to operate personal computers, POS systems, and software including Microsoft Office.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to lead discussions in diverse groups.
- Ability to work independently, exercise discretion, and work effectively under pressure.
- Inspirational attitude that contributes to a positive team environment.
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships and high performance standards.
- Ability to speak, read, comprehend, and write English.
- Reliable and consistent attendance and punctuality.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum 12 months of retail experience.
- Advanced selling experience and comprehensive product, retail, and industry understanding.
Physical requirements
The role involves standing, walking, using hands, reaching, and occasionally sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and operating a Brannock device. Employees frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds.
