Role overview
We are looking for a Retail Lead to help exceed customer expectations, guide store associates, create emotional connections with customers, and serve as a passionate adidas Brand ambassador.
What we’re looking for

- Retail experience and the ability to lead discussions with diverse groups.
- Experience operating personal computers, POS systems, Microsoft Office, and other software.

Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or GED.
- At least 12 months of retail experience.
- Advanced selling experience and comprehensive product, retail, and industry knowledge.
- Ability to speak, read, comprehend, and write English.
Physical requirements
The role requires frequent standing, walking, using hands, reaching, talking, and hearing. Employees may occasionally sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and operate a Brannock device. The employee must frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds.
