About the role
We are looking for a Retail Lead to exceed customer expectations, guide store associates, create emotional connections with customers, and act as a passionate adidas Brand ambassador.
What we are looking for
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
- Retail experience, including at least 12 months in a retail environment.
- Advanced selling experience and comprehensive product, retail, and industry understanding.
- Proficiency with personal computers, POS systems, Microsoft Office, and related software.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to lead discussions with diverse groups.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently, use discretion, and perform effectively under pressure.
- Inspirational attitude and ability to contribute to a positive team environment.
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships and high performance standards.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or GED.
Physical requirements
The role requires frequent standing, walking, reaching, and handling materials. Employees must frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds. The position may involve exposure to outside weather conditions and requires various visual abilities.
