Responsibilities and qualifications

• Use retail experience to exceed customer expectations and guide store associates.
• Create an emotional connection with every customer as a passionate adidas Brand ambassador.
• Build relationships and work collaboratively with the team.
• Maintain flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
• Operate personal computers, POS systems, and software packages including Microsoft Office.
• Learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Lead discussions in diverse groups and communicate effectively.
• Work independently, exercise discretion, and perform effectively under pressure.
• Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 12 months of retail experience.
• Advanced selling experience and comprehensive product, retail, and industry understanding.

Physical requirements

The role requires frequent standing, walking, reaching, and handling merchandise. The employee must frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds.
