Retail Lead

NIKE, Inc. is looking for a Retail Lead to join the Nike Kildare team and provide world-class service to consumers.

As a Retail Lead, you will deliver exceptional consumer service, ensure a premium brand experience, and coordinate, coach, and motivate employees in your area. You will support daily business operations and sales targets across digital services, visual merchandising, the sales floor, and promotional campaigns.

You will identify and solve problems with store leadership, act as a brand ambassador for Nike initiatives, and ensure compliance with Nike standards and guidelines.

• Commercial: Support efficient product receiving, inventory accuracy, visual presentation standards, and timely monthly initiative launches.
• Athlete Experience: Equip the team to deliver the highest quality athlete experience.
• Consumer Experience: Lead by example and deliver sales floor service that brings the consumer journey to life.

Qualifications

• Customer service and/or retail experience preferred
• Ability to manage a small team of peers
• Effective communicator, brand ambassador, and collaborative teammate
• Ability to apply product sales techniques
• Flexible availability for retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
