Qualifications and requirements

• Possess and consistently exhibit competencies relevant to the position.
• Excellent skills operating personal computers, POS systems, Microsoft Office, and other software packages.
• Knowledge of profit and loss statements and store KPIs to support commercially sound decisions.
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including leading discussions in diverse groups.
• Ability to work independently, exercise discretion, and perform effectively under pressure.
• Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships and uphold high performance standards.
• Ability to speak, read, comprehend, and write English.
• Reliable and consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Ability and willingness to travel domestically by car and air.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Four-year college or university degree in business, retail management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience managing a team.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and store personnel.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evening, overnight, and weekend shifts.

Physical and work requirements

The role may involve exposure to outside weather conditions and moderate workplace noise. Employees regularly talk or hear; frequently stand, walk, use their hands, and reach; and occasionally sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and operate a Brannock device. Employees must frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds.
