Nike Retail Associate / Athlete
As a Nike Retail Associate, known as an Athlete, you bring the “Just Do It” mindset to life. You serve like a pro to help consumers discover the product that inspires them. You work in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment across store zones and consumer needs, collaborating with teammates to provide the ultimate Nike store experience.
Starting hourly rate: $17.00
Committing to your hours of availability and maintaining flexibility within those hours is a core component of retail employment. Standard shifts are generally scheduled between 5:00 AM and 11:00 PM of the store’s timezone. Overnight positions may work shifts between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Specific schedules vary by location, season, and business demands.
Retail Expected Hours
- Full Time: 32–40 hours/week
- Part Time: 14–29 hours/week
- Seasonal: Up to 40 hours/week based on business need
- Part Time Under: 5–15 hours/week

Qualifications
- Flexible scheduling and availability for retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.
- Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
